2009 Gadsden Conference on the English Bible
Ricky Tillis is the Pastor of Harvest Fellowship Community Church in East Gadsden, which began in March 2004. He has lead two other congregations in the Etowah and Calhoun County area. Ricky has been in the gospel ministry since 1994. Ricky was born in Gadsden, Alabama and became a Christian during his senior year of high school after hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ being shared. God used the death of his grandmother and sister both in the same year to show Ricky his need for Him and salvation. Ricky is a graduate of Birmingham Easonian Baptist Bible College and Birmingham Theological Seminary, both in Birmingham, Alabama. He has experience in working with adolescent youth in the areas of Behavior Modification and A&D Education. Ricky is married to Angela, a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, a mother of three, and home builder. She is a graduate of Gadsden State Community College with a degree in Business Administration. She and Ricky have been married since 1994 and have three children, Amiya(12), Ricky II (11), and Joseph (10). Ricky enjoys family walks, reading Christian Books, working out, watching movies, watching my kids in sports, and golf. |
