Exhibit Schedule

The exhibit will be opening daily Monday through Saturday (closed Sundays) from July 3 through August 19. The Gadsden Museum of Art hours of operation are:

Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
First Fridays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Sundays: Closed

Pastors’ Reception

The Gadsden Primitive Baptist Church will host a reception for pastors on Friday, July 3, 2009 beginning at 2:00 PM at the church building at 432 Broad Street. Pastors will be given an orientation to the conference and to the History of the English Bible exhibit at the Gadsden Museum of Art, including hands-on time with several historically significant Bibles. Grand Opening Event

The Gadsden Museum of Art will host a Grand Opening Event for The Bible Through History Exhibit on Saturday, July 18, 2009 beginning at 11:00 a.m. This event will be held as a part of the 2009 Conference on the English Bible, however everyone is invited to attend. Instructors from the conference will be available to provide unique commentary on the Bible collection, and hands-on time with several historically significant Bibles will be offered.
